10 / 10 would recommend! 7 years ago I walked into a skin clinic, struggling with severe hormonal acne. I was met by Bec - a warm, smiley, approachable and super friendly human! One thing that stood out instantly for me, was how much Bec truly listened to what I had to say without dismissing or overlooking anything. Whether it's skin needling, peels, LED, or any other service I always know that my skin is going to be well looked after. Bec truly lives and breathes this stuff and is an absolute powerhouse of knowledge that gives her all to her clients. Love my visits with Bec! ✨️

I had a Buccal facial massage today and it was such a relaxing and refreshing experience. Emma made me feel welcomed and well looked after. The treatment was soothing, and I could really feel the difference in my skin straight away, I never knew how much tension and stress we all hold in our face (jaw clenching). Not only does my face feel lighter and brighter, it feels deeply hydrated. Emma was professional, attentive, and explained each step, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I left feeling calm, pampered, and glowing. Definitely an experience out of the ordinary. MUST TRY

Great first time experince with Bec, she knows her stuff and is happy to complete the whole treatment (some therapists take short cuts but Bec does it all including extra, eg neck is included in face needling). You wont be disappointed, definitely going back.

My Experience at the Derm Lounge was lovely as always. Bec always takes so much care in her clients and ensures the best treatment is given. Everything is planned out to perfection, even the little things like a comfy blanket and steamed towels.

Always a lovely treatment.

Always a fantastic experience whenever I have to come in for a treatment - Tania is absolutely wonderful and super informative, she walks you through each steps and she is very reassuring. Very blown away by the results I can see on my skin, everything they suggested and advice works amazingly on me. Very happy with everything and would recommend the Redcliffe clinic to all family and friends 😊 always excited and happy to go back.
