I finished the harmonization and I am very happy with the results, the entire process was very well monitored, Pamela did an incredible job. Giovanna is very knowledgeable and really cares about her patients. From reception, the service is excellent, Hanna and the girls welcome you very kindly. I had my 3rd session of vaginal rejuvenation a few days ago and I'm thrilled of how it looks! The procedure is painless and fast and the recovery is practically nonexistent. It was a little sensitive for a day and a half only. Mary is so kind and attentive that made me feel right at home. She makes sure the numbing cream(which it's the best in the market, by the way)stays on until she's sure it's completely numb. Also she has a cold machine, just in case the lazer heats up the skin. I'm completely satisfied with this service and I'm definitely coming back for other procedures. 🥰

Tathyana is very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Had a little trouble finding the location as it is a unit within a bigger suite so I suggested putting that information in the confirmation text & email. The other suggestion that would be very helpful is to give a hand out with all the helpful tips on giving the injection, food do’s and dont’s, diet tips, etc.

I had my eyebrows threaded for the first time ever by Mary, and it was a fantastic experience! My eyebrows were pretty uneven when I arrived, and she was very kind. We discussed what sort of shape I would like to have, and she told me which parts of my brows she was going to remove to achieve that shape. The threading was painless for me, and I could tell Mary was checking every detail. The process lasted 20 min, and at the end she even showed me how to properly apply brow liner! The online booking is easy to use and convenient, and they sat me as soon as I arrived for my appointment.
