The lady was soo attentive and lovely, she really made me feel great and even tho the facial was abit painful she would go at my pace which I loved . Can’t wait to have my second session of the ultrasound facial. She also did the facelift facial for my mum and mum is absolutely obsessed. Btw how she does nails are to die for!!! definitely told my friends and colleagues. Her nail game be flicky 💅🏽.

Deepika is so lovely and welcoming, she really makes you feel safe and confident. I'm quite scared of needles but she was very comforting and supportive. I honestly recommend her so much, she really knows what she's doing and gives out amazing advice if your unsure. I would go to her again and again.

I was very new to body contouring procedures and a bit nervous about my appointment when I got the hourglass package. Tyler was so friendly and very knowledgeable and informative about the treatment. Today I had a microneedling treatment with exosomes. Enrida Did the Treatment with care and attention always asking me if I could take the pain of the microneedling. She always carries a treatment with professionalism and ensures That the customer is comfortable. She will answer any Queries. I have been doing a few treatments with Enrida And It is so Relaxing to have treatments done in a very clean and comfortable place. I can’t wait to see my results and have a few more treatments done. I had a good experience, I was seen by Crystal Amina, she was very friendly, helpful and informative.

Im quite bad with names but the young man at the reception was really nice, caring and informative. His service was great. I was late but they were still able to see me within 5 minutes after I attended. The Dr was also nice and efficient. You can tell she was very experienced in what she was doing & what was best for me.

Henna was very good and attentive. Made me feel comfortable and was friendly and approachable. Knew was she was doing. The clinic was nice and clean. Thank-you for the hifu treatment. Will be recommending this clinic and visiting again.

Deepika is always super welcoming and professional. She gives honest advice, checks in on your budget before starting anything, and has such an artistic touch in everything she does. You walk in smiling, and you leave with an even bigger one!

The front of house staff were accommodating, polite and friendly. The aesthetic treatment was extremely professional as I have come to expect from Dr Rolla. The general ambience, given it’s a new site is lovely, though in this instance being my second attendance, the washroom facilities were not up to standard and could be improved.
