I have been working with Olivera to clear my acne and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! Within a couple of sessions I was seeing noticeable improvements and now I could not be happier with the results. Every experience at Olenza is absolutely perfect! The staff are all incredibly friendly and make me feel very well looked after at every visit. It is such a warm place to be. Most importantly, Olivera is truly fantastic at what she does. You will not find a better esthetician anywhere else!

Catherine was great. I didn’t want to take much length off my hair, and she respected that. Usually, hairdressers cut more than we ask for, and she was perfect. I asked for a soft layered cut and loved the result. Going back for highlights for sure.

The best facial you can get in Toronto.

Fabulous treatment. Great wash and massage!!! Victoria has a wonderful massage technique. The staff are very nice and kind. While you can blow dry your hair by yourself, I believe that the staff should do that quickly but without the styling. A former employee of free, used to come over while I tried to style it, but he would dry it and also put in a wave, for free, just because. He was always fun and I enjoyed talking with him.I don't blame him for moving to a Francophone community as they have more joie and charm than Toronto. The exception is the staff here at Olenza's

The service is spectacular and Enza always knows how to get my hair exactly as I want it. I’ve been coming here for years and I won’t let anyone else touch my hair! Best salon in Toronto!

I love Olenza Beauty Loft. The space is light, airy and calm and all the people working there are lovely. I have been please with hair styling by both Enza and Danielle, as well as excellent pedicures by Babi.

I was unusually late due to a last minute med. call. Enza was very accommodating. J’ve been a client for 10 years. Issues -I have ADD, there are issues!,are mostly very well. Most,anywhere, do not understand or wish to: I am so grateful. There was time for Jasmina, who experiments with hair colours, to do my roots, trim my length, blow dry & add warm highlights ( my choice) geared to my budget. I love a more ‘yellowy blonde’.&added light auburn which gave my hair, my skin and me a lift & happened to go very well with my sweater!Jasmina listened carefully to my🙃ideas. Excellent explanations 💐)
