My experience with Clinic Twenty2 has always been perfect. The greeting is always second to none, as well as the service. I'm always asked how I feel both before, during and after each session. There is no hard sell and each time I'm thanked for making the booking and advised if any further sessions are needed, to please make contact. I attended ClincTwenty2 to have my semi-permanent eyebrows removed. The lady that carried out the treatment was very professional. She asked me pertinent questions and was very approachable and friendly. She gave me an ice pack to use before and after the treatment, which worked so well numbing the area, I didn't have any pain both during and after treatment. She gave me full aftercare instructions and a pot of cream to use, as she said the area may become dry. Her rates are extremely good and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I was recommended to her and I can absolutely see why. She took extra care around my C-section scar when I told her I was nervous, and she made me feel completely at ease. She’s honestly brilliant—probably the best waxer in Cardiff. If anyone is looking for someone professional, gentle, and genuinely lovely to be around, I highly recommend her!

I had the most incredible experience having a facial treatment with Ceri. From start to finish the whole treatment was so relaxing. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, which made it even easier to fully switch off and enjoy the experience. It was the perfect combination of a luxury spa treatment and results-driven skincare. I could see an immediate difference afterwards - my face was much more defined and my skin had a really radiant glow. I’m officially hooked and will definitely be returning on a regular basis. I can’t recommend Ceri highly enough!
