I have found my new home for my workouts! This is a special place, and my experience exceeded my expectations. I immediately felt at ease after meeting Nicole. I appreciated the extra time she spent explaining how to use the infrared sauna workout equipment. She was also very knowledgeable about the benefits and results of the Venus Legacy. On a whim, I decided to go for it! I'm so glad I did. Thank you!!!

This place is incredible. From the genuine, welcoming owner/team of staff, to the superb, unique equipment - it’s a delight to work out here! The infrared sauna is also a notch above all the others I’ve visited.

Fantastic. Nicole was amazing. The experience was awesome. What a way to amp your workout routine. The sauna was so relaxing and I love that they have a tv that you can watch while getting your sweat on. The machines are fantastic. I broke a sweat right away. And the rollers are the perfect cap to a hard workout. 10/10 would recommend. They also have a cute lil juice bar which I didn’t try this time, but the options looked delicious.

My experience with Cosmo Contour has been great! The customer service first and foremost is amazing - always a warm greeting and very helpful with how to use the machines. The workout room itself is a great space, and never over crowded. The infrared lights really accelerate my cardio workouts. The protein shakes offered are delicious and fresh made. Huge fan of Cosmo Contour!

Loved it! Definitely want to follow the brand and see how it expands. Those machines are incredible. Great service too! Thank you! Only downside was getting a parking ticket. I wish there was better parking. Those meters allowed you to put in an hour max and the meter maids will ticket you even if you’re just a few minutes past your time. Not the studios fault, of course. This city is ridiculous sometimes.

I had a great experience today. Didn’t expect to sweat so much, but I guess that could be a good thing :-) Nicole was very helpful to the group I attended with, explained how to use each machine and made sure I was comfortable during my time there.

This place is absolutely amazing! I loved the Cosmo Countour Spa in Studio City so much that I had to come back and bring my client. My client was obsessed and she was feeling the work happening to her body in just 15 minutes! We did the treadmill, stair climber, emsculpt sauna, and the infrared roller. This is going to be the new place I bring all of my clients to get their bodies shredded for summer. And the staff is so nice, see you all again soon!

The staff are very attentive and help you understand all the services offered and benefits and how to use the machines. Love the infrared sauna!

Fantastic experience! The branding for Cosmo contour is on point from the CC towels in the sauna to the Instagram content which lead me to visit. Michelle made my visit to Cosmo Contour amazing and walked me through the process of how the technology of the infrared gym equipment worked. I wish I had one back home in ATL 🍑

Nora, Michelle and the entire staff are super friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to ensure a great experience. Case in point, upon my first session in the infrared sauna, Michelle inquired as to what television channel I preferred, ever since then, she presets the television to that same channel prior to each of my sauna sessions. Little things like that go a long way and are much appreciated.

LOVE the infrared gym and sauna. I saw benefits right away with bloating going down around my waist, lower back and stomach. Also, the ladies that work at the front are so helpful and kind to those who walk in! Great experience :)

Everyone was so helpful and encouraging throughout the whole workout. It was a whole new experience tackling the treadmill and cycling with the added infrared. The best part is the sauna at the end. If you're looking for something familiar but elevated, definitely check them out! Hope to go back again!

This was an amazing experience. We were greeted and shown the whole shebang. We loved our workout and Nicole and her team are super sweet and knowledgeable. All the equipment is new and cutting edge. I've never done a workout while getting the benefits of infrared at the same time. Loved it.

Great workout to get a really good sweat. It was enhanced by lymphatic massage and sauna. I highly recommend the M treatment to get to the core muscles.
