The Contrast therapy (hot and cold) was so luxurious, I wish I had an entire afternoon to lounge around in the sauna and cold tub!

WOW! I just love this place and space. First time Contrast Therapy and it was amazing! The thoughtful design and attention to the little things make this truly a beautiful experience. Not feeling rushed to move on and being welcome to linger and try the products while sipping on tea. Thanks Well + Being loved every minute! 💜

First time at Well + Being and it won’t be my last. Beautiful service, beautiful treatments (I don’t like traditional steam saunas but infrared? Yes please!), beautiful experience.

Wonderful experience. The IR Sauna was so relaxing, and just what I needed to escape the chaos at work. I turned all of the lights off except the red light in the sauna, and it was so peaceful. connected my phone to the speaker and listened to a podcast. Thanks so much!

I always feel relaxed and revitalised after my saunas. The atmosphere is calm, and staff are lovely. Suggestions: 1. Put rubbish bins into the therapy rooms, including the make-up room. Where do we dispose of our hair after showering? 2. The therapy rooms are not as spotless and clean as they used to be, which is a little concerning.

The float tank was relaxing enough but made me feel heavy afterwards. Probably because I have CFS and was very fatigued today. Otherwise all good.
