My very first Colon Hydrotherapy session. I wasn't sure what to expect. My consultant was lovely and very informative, put me at ease and very caring. It was a little uncomfortable but by the end I felt lighter, no longer bloated and no longer craving for my night time "treats". I'm going back for 3 more sessions!
