I recently tried the infrared sauna pod at Sweat Lounge and had a fantastic experience! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and even on the lowest setting, the heat was more intense than I expected. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

My first visit to the spa and experience of an infrared sauna. I really enjoyed the solo infra red pod. The spa is very clean and professional- staff are really friendly and helpful. I will definitely be signing up for more sessions.

I won a voucher for the Sweat Lounge and was a bit worried about going as I normally don't like saunas. I had a solo pod and I absolutely LOVED it, it was not claustrophobic, the heat was lovely and the whole experience was so relaxing and revitalising! I will def be back

Such a nice experience. The space was clean and relaxing. I really enjoyed the pod because I could have my face out in cool air while getting all the benefits of the sauna!

Shorter than expected (timer started before we had gotten into the sauna) so by the time we had gotten ready the timer was at a little under 40 mins when allocated slot was 45. Apart from that, everything was wonderful and staff really lovely

Amazing place. Have been several times post sport and the infrared sauna definitely rejuvenates tired legs and feet. Gorgeous heat feels like sunbathing. Highly recommend

I had a fantastic experience using the infrared sauna pod. The cleanliness of the facility was impressive, and the sauna's benefits were remarkable. My skin felt noticeably smoother after the session, and it significantly aided in my muscle recovery following an intense workout. I highly recommend trying the infrared sauna pod for both relaxation and post-exercise rejuvenation.

Really bone deep, warm relaxation from the infrared pod sauna session. So lovely to feel that relaxed. Good value for money.

Fabulous experience, great facility and great service. The infrared saunas are excellent. I found the zen-like environment conducive to switching-off for 30 minutes, which added another dimension to the heat. This is an evidence based biohack that everyone should try.

The sauna experience was great and the staff were very accommodating responding to my individual preferences of temperature settings and time. The canned mind numbing repetitive music should be discarded in favour of some relaxing classical music .

After 7 consecutive days of infrared, I am feeling replenished, renewed my sleep and focus have never been better!

This was an incredibly relaxing yet subtly energising session in the sauna pod. My backache has disappeared. I will definitely return for more.

Very nice experience. The sweatlounge is very clean and staff friendly. The pod was clean with nice relaxing music in the background. The infrared made me sweat a lot, however I was offered water and a wet towel. I didn't expect to sweat that much but it's good. I'll definitely go back and recommend it.

The SweatLounge infrared treatment was very good. The site was clean and the staff friendly and the pricing feasible. The owner was there and also very welcoming. The treatment itself was very easy and comfortable. I was able to put my things in easy reach (glasses, phone, earphones). I will certainly return for more treatments in the future!

Just love the sauna pods here and feel incredible afterwards!
