A lovely facial and massage. We we t on a Saturday and felt a bit like cattle getting pushed through. One of our therapists struggled with letting me know what was happening and needs help to develop themselves in this area. She mumbled and seemed quiet green.

One of the most beautiful and deeply nurturing massages I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. The space was calming, the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Every touch was intentional and gentle, easing away tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. I left feeling grounded, peaceful, and truly cared for. I have been seeing Dr Amy at Vitality House for a few months now and can highly recommend both her, as well as Vitality House. Dr Amy is amazing, both as a professional and a person. She has a wealth of knowledge, good understanding of chronic illnesses, PoTS and ME/cfs. Her treatments have made a noticeable positive impact in my overall well being. Vitality House is a beautiful and amazing place. It is such a joy to spend time there.

I did have difficulty with booking a suitable time however, The girls who I received my back massage and scrub from and instructions for the seated pod and hot tub were fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere was very soothing. Tasty snacks and a very generous choice of drinks.

Beautiful from the moment I walked in. A full sensory experience from the ice bath and sauna to the most relaxing facial I've ever had. My skin feels amazing and I feel rejuvinated. Jess and her team are kind, supportive and genuine. 🩷

Lovely facility clean and comfortable. I purchased the sauna/ice bath service. There is ambiguity between what is offered on the website and pricing and what is offered & priced when you book. The breathing coaching should be done upfront so it doesn't hold you up from experiencing the hot/cold contrast and allows coaching to continue while in the ice bath. I was disappointed that you couldn't have the sauna time reduced to allow a second bath, but was told next time I could do this since I opted to forgo the coaching given I had already done this.
