The music in the sauna stopped and changed to a different song that I didn’t choose or like. There should be a seat or bench to sit on outside sauna to get changed and put on shoes etc

So many options to choose from! Relaxing in the Normatec Compression Boots watching Netflix, Infrared or Traditional Sauna, Ice Bath, Red Light Therapy or Oxygen Airpod. A great place to recover so you can continue training hard and performing at a high level in your chosen field.

Very straightforward and simple process from booking the session to enjoying the sauna. Really nice premise, very clean and modern and the staff member at the front desk was very helpful and answered all of my “dumb” questions. I will definitely become a regular. Thank you.

A nice modern and clean environment. Loved the chill & chat infrared sauna session. Staff member was friendly, helpful & informative.

Sauna never reached Max temp in 45 mins unfortunately Was still enjoyable overall

Great experience, my second Cryo plus sauna - felt a million bucks afterwards!

Purchased an ice bath and infrared session for my son. Wanted to visit for sometime and first impressions were Wow. Very clean and slick looking establishment. Son loved his session and looking to revisit again. Loving that it is so local and keen to use some of the other wellbeing option on offer.

Love the 30 min sauna experience and the 30 Min compression boots. Thanks for keeping the music at a recovery pace rather than clubby.

Infrared was fantastic and norma boots my favourite and getting used to the ice baths.

I go every day and the mental health improvements I have noticed are incredible. Incredibly lovely staff greet me every time which is amazing. Highlight of my day is doing the icebath and sauna
