Initially I just wanted to try the infrared sauna as I heard it was really good for the body and skin. I've been battling with acne and eczema for a while now and I just noticed less inflammation in my skin and my eczema has been behaving since I have done the infrared sauna. I reckon it is indeed worth the try. I keep coming back for another session every 2 or 3 weeks and it feels good! Anna and the staffs havebeen really great and the facilities were nice and tidy.

Wow, amazing! I wasn't expecting to feel so great after just one treatment. I was stiff and sore and woke up feeling amazing and had a great sleep too!

Starting this health adventure has been cathartic. My sleep has improved, my bloating has decreased, my hunger has faded.... overall feeling of wellness. I will be continuing on from my fourth colonic into a full parasite cleanse. The plan is to manage weight and fatigue. Watch this space. My husband is doing this with me and we both are feeling new.
