Great place in the heart of Sydney and great service explanation

I had an amazing experience here! The team was highly professional from start to finish. They took the time to explain each step as they worked, making me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. I really appreciated how they tailored the facial to suit my skin type, ensuring it was exactly what I needed. The clinic is equipped with an impressive range of advanced machines and tools, which gave me confidence I was getting the latest in skincare technology. My skin felt refreshed, clean, and glowing afterwards. Highly recommended!

Olesya created a really lovely experience. I was in the best of care. My first appointment and I will definitely be seeing her again. My facial was incredible and the results in the days and weeks following speak for themselves! I had an at home care routine and products all selected personally for my skincare needs.

The team there was super lovely, knowledgeable and made sure my comfort was first. They explained all the procedures properly and were super sweet. They have a lot of facials, cosmetic procedures, TCM, Chiro and more. Highly recommend!

Fantastic. I don’t live in Sydney any more so always grab a chance to go here when I visit. It’s by far the best place I know in Australia.

The layout is so modern and relaxing. Julia knew exactly what my skin needed and did a facial tailored to my skin type, then some extractions, then the most relaxing scalp massage whilst my final facial developed.

I’ve moved from Waverley to Sydney Olympic Park but still won’t trust anywhere else with my lashes and brows. Also loved getting a peek at Rose’s beautiful little baby boy.

As usual, this was an incredible experience. From talking through what procedures wanted with Bonnie and then her arranging for me to get an appointment on the one day that I was in Sydney this month, to spending time with the wonderful Mandy again, everything was exceptional. I am an overseas customer and being able to have a meaningful communication prior to booking. The appointment was really important to me. You all did this beautifully. Most importantly, perhaps was Mandy. Who did my procedure. I did Thermage for face and eyes, and her technique was brilliant.

Hands down my favourite salon in Sydney. The team are so welcoming and attentive and the little dog makes the experience even better! Chloe was so patient with my highlights, which are so well blended with my natural colour and Kylie did an incredible cut, exactly the style I asked for. Must add that the seats at the washing basins are so comfortable - I think I actually fell asleep!
