My appointment was with Sim she is a fantastic hairdresser and listened to what I wanted, Sim cut, layered, thinned and dried my hair I am very pleased and happy on the end finish will definitely be going back to Smyle and book Sim for my next hair cut.

I can’t express how satisfied I am with their service. Sim was fantastic there. I was anxious and nervous about going hair salon after bad experience. She changed that. She was patient until I fixed my mind what I wanted. Definitely would visit again

I love this hairdressers and the hairdresser I have always does my hair how I want it, she is the first hairdresser I've had for years that doesn't say "you should keep your hair longer" I've always been happy with the service and all the staff are very friendly.

Have been coming here for a few years now for both hair and beauty treatments. The staff are great, really welcoming and professional. Kat always puts me at ease for my waxing appointments. Today I tried colouring my hair for the first time. Not knowing what to do, my hairdresser Sim gave me such good advice, persuading me the balayage would give the best look on my dark hair. The results were amazing, my hair looks fab! Regarding their response to Covid too, they have good precautions in place with all staff wearing masks and wiping down everything between customers. Felt safe and at at ease
