Alma is great, she asked me what length I wanted to cut off , and kept me informed throughout the hair cut . She takes her time styling and double checks herself like two times at the end to make sure everything looks even .

Theresa is always such a pleasure to see. She takes great care of not only my hair but also me! She is detailed and has your best interests in mind. She is a natural educator and guided me through everything that she was doing with my hair to much sure that I understood what was going on and that I was involved in the process. Lexi did my hair cut and style and she did a great job. She listened to what I wanted and gave me tips for styling my hair. She was very nice and the atmosphere at the salon was great too.

Victoria did a great job correcting the color issues with my hair. It took 4 long hours, but she managed to get my many years of red color build up out of my hair completely. She also did a great job cutting and styling my hair. Overall, I am very satisfied with the outcome!

My first visit to Ki’s beautiful salon! Great energy and service. The products used were exceptional; plant based. I have short, fine gray hair and was looking to enhance the color. Very pleasant. The store is newly opened and has been anxiously awaited since e it's announced coming son announcement. The operator., Ms. Jamie ----(I did not recall her last name), was very experienced and easy to talk to. I am so pleased we have a salon in our Senior Living area. I would highly recommend Natalia. She has a comfortable, private, quiet workspace. It is so easy to schedule with her by text. She listens, understands concerns, makes good suggestions. My haircut is wonderful, and she showed me styling suggestions. My appointment is not rushed as she allows enough time. I will be returning.

She was absolutely phenomenal. I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted to do with my hair but after a quick and easy consultation I felt confident in my decisions. She knew exactly what to do and left me speechless with the results. She was also very kind and was easy to talk to. Sometimes other salons can be intimidating but she made me feel welcome and heard. I definitely recommend Faith. I am a happy customer and will be returning again with many other styles to try!
