Really enjoyed my experience at Naurei Atarah. Everyone was so warm and it felt like home away from home. The lovely Rwandese lady was very keen and careful with my hair could almost not feel any tension during the whole process. The ambience is so inviting and calming. Oh, and my neck towel smelt so great :) * Its honestly in the little things* Glad to have installed the temporary locks as this would mean more appointments with the lovely team. Excited for this journey and more than glad to be going through it with the team at Naurei.

Awesome experience!! Pascal was just amazing, excellent care and customer service. He took time to explain all the dos and don'ts about my hair. I learnt a lot about hair care and hair management and just understanding my hair. My hair looks and feels anazing!!

Beautiful place, great customer service and the service is worth the money spent!

It was great, the ladies treated my head and hair very well , it was not tugged at or cut , I taken care of very well

Great services and gentle handling of hair.

It's okey, just high on their prices...and especially on treatments....when customers come for treatment every month at-least they should reduce prices bcz they are guaranteed business. Otherwise set a customer care desk so someone else can pick calls on your behalf when you cannot pick.

Pascal has magic hands and a gentle spirit: truly God-given blessings! Also a great educator on basic hair anatomy, physiology and hair care/maintenance.

My color by Pascal, shampoo by Grace and flexirods by Michael were awesome. Loving my curls and color. Pascal never disappoints and he knows a ton about hair health and hair care
