Had an amazing time at the salon this morning. Everyone was super lovely and Stacey made sure I was super comfortable and informed throughout the whole process with a nice hot coffee in hand. Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

Wonderful experience today for my daughter’s first ‘grown up’ hair wash, cut and blow dry. She felt really listened to and included in her own choices for her hair. She is really happy!

What can I say, Carrie-Anne is the ultimate Hair Queen and each time I have visited, I have been blown away with how she manages to transform my hair from looking drab to fab each time! I literally leave feeling like a princess 👸🏻. Carrie-Anne really listens and takes the time to make sure you’re 100% happy and the cappuccino/lattes are a lovely touch too.
