Dave is a hair wizard. He always takes the time to talk me through different options and talk me through what he’s doing. Alongside being a total hair magician, he is always aware of restrictions caused by my disability and makes sure that I’m physically comfortable at every stage of my appointment, be it sat in the chair or at the basins. Dave is super personable and has great attention to detail, I look forward to every appointment and cannot recommend him highly enough. #TeamDave

Kelsey is in my opinion the best extension/colour specialist in Bournemouth. I’ve had more bad hair experiences than I care to mention, but after watching her work for some time & seeing how much she cares about the work she puts out, I gladly switched to her. This girl will never let you leave unhappy, she will work until you’re in love with your hair & that is unfortunately, a quality seriously lacking in the hair industry. If you’re needing a new hairdresser I promise you won’t regret picking Kelsey, she is elite. 10/10

Stacey was absolutely brilliant and very friendly, she listened to what I wanted and coloured/cut my hair to a very high standard, really pleased with the final result!

This was not my first time having my hair cut at Gloss Hair because I dont trust anyone else! Jo did an amazing job, as always, cutting my hair and making it look fresh and stylish. Her lovely daughter Alex did the washing and took care to make sure I was comfortable and even treated me to a delightful scalp massage. I am always treated so well here and really cannot recommend them enough- thanks thanks again ladies!! ☺

Nothing less than 5 stars for The Salon, Claire is so professional in all aspects of your appointment addressing any detail and never assuming you just want the same as your previous appointment she will always ask if you require anything different or you are happy with your colour, I have very stubborn areas of my hair not a problem for Claire she takes time to look at how this can be sorted and there we go it’s all been covered by her professional yet personal attention to every little detail, as always a pleasure to attend my appointment in The Salon and look forward to next time Xx

Changed my colour and hair style as wanted a change, Suzanna explained what colour would suit me due to my skin tone, my hair looks fabulous & has knocked years off me according to friends & family. I love this hairdressers, friendly clean & top class stylist.

Went straight to Kelsea for a consultation after seeing her work on Instagram and booked in for a colour correction. My hair was originally in 3 blocks of different shades of blonde so I was unsure of the best colour option. Her professionalism, knowledge and easy going personality made the whole process an enjoyable experience and the results are the best I’ve ever had! Already booked back in for my next appointment! Go see her!
