I had a great experience at London Locs! I got my starter locs there and the atmosphere was very chill and I didn't feel awkward asking any questions on how to care of my new baby locs at all. Excited for my first retwist, definitely recommend!

I started off my Loc journey with Maia 5 years ago and I've seen Maia monthly over the past 5 years to get my hair retwisted. She is quite simply the best in the game and her work speaks for itself. A truly exceptional workmanship when it comes to Locs. Highly recommend

Tay has been my stylist since coming to the salon in Oct 2023. She always does my hair amazing. She has so much knowledge about locs and is always happy to help. The salon has a great atmosphere everyone is friendly and fun. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! :)

I must really commend Maia for this last visit because for some reason my hair was extremely sensitive and the middle hurt like f...! I told her about it and she was extremely gentle, kept asking if I was ok and she even styled my locs as loose as I asked her to. She showed no signs of annoyance. She was patient. Maia there really is no other like you. Thank you, thank you for the way you take of me and my hair!!!!!!!

It was my first time visiting London Locs. I had a baby shower the following day and was apprehensive about the turn-out, being a new client. Suffice to say, it was amazing. I saw Tayma. She was lovely and very skilled. I was extremely happy with how fresh and brand new I was looking when I left and proud to say the hold is still going strong almost a week later. I would certainly recommend!

5/5 stars - Exceptional experience at London Locs! Outstanding service, skilled professionals, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-notch locs care. Only caveat is cash only - bring back card payments please. Luckily Tesco is a 5 mins walk away for 24hr cash withdrawals

I always have the best customer service. The team are amazing friendly and like a family. The quality of their skills to retwist and style and look after my hair is always at a very high standard. This is why they have loyal customers. I have recommended all my family members and friends to come here. They all started their journey here and are regular customers. I came here for loc extensions never having them before and Rime was amazing in giving me all the information I need to know about looking after locs, growth etc and was very patient with how I wanted them to look - I couldn't recommend Rime or LuvNatural anymore, the vibe and quality of the team is great. I came to Mai Hair for a loc wash and retwist and was extremely satisfied with the quality of service. She was proficient and knowledgeable about loc care and advised me on how to look after my locs in between appointments. Will definitely be booking again

Mental health is always restored when you go to Mai. Makes me take the long way home after a retwist.
