I was very pleased with my experience from start to finish. The ladies have a positive energy and I was able to communicate via IG with any questions I had and the booking site was easy to follow. London and her team took care of me and made me feel good. My install lasted long and looked fresh even after I lifted it off, I was able to just put it on and go with some melting spray for another week. Literally the best salon experience I have had since moving to the GTA in 2017.

Today I got my install done by London. Not only did my hair look the exact way I wanted but it was fixed to perfection. Not to mention everyone working there was so welcoming. We had a few laughs and it really made my time a relaxing and enjoyable one. House of London is officially my go to spot for my beauty fixes.

I love booking with Vanessa! She’s kind, non judgmental and works with clients on a non judgmental trauma informed approach . I had 2 bad matted knots and she got them out and I cried because it was so freeing as my mental health wasn't that great at the time. I’m a proud customer/client and I even brought my sister to do her locs maintenance and Vanessa did amazing with her 🤩 will be booking again and again!!!
