As someone who hasn’t ever been able to trust a hair salon with my 4c hair, I can gladly say I was incredibly well taken care of at Chop Chop! Stella handled my care with so much care, I was consulted at every step and my afro has been trimmed to perfection. I also left with a wealth of knowledge about the best ways to look after my hair going forward. I am so grateful for the service I received today and will be back soon! Both Aaliyah and Kirah were so friendly and welcoming. They handled my hair with care and Aaliyah gave me some great tips for maintaining hair health. At the end of my appointment I was SO HAPPY! My hair looks amazing.

I always had the best time with Aaliyah and Kirah. Good energy, great vibes and excellent customer service from start to finish. I love my hair, the take out and install went really well. My hair was still in good condition as I followed Aaliyah’s hair care advice. My hair has kept well on tour and I will continue to come back to Aaliyah’s salon as she’s the best. Had the best first experience at Chop Chop old st!! Stella really listened and understood exactly the style I was looking for and is super skilled in cutting hair in a way that works for your unique hair type. I have never been to a hairdresser that gets my hair, but Stella really did! I’m so so happy with the result and will definitely be back again. Once again, I had a lovely experience and Haja was very patient with my indecisiveness. I said it the last time, from the hair wash (which was magical with the scalp scrub thingy), to the chair, it was all a pleasure. And once again I left feeling a million dollars/pounds…..but currency :) thAnkhs Haja… A mention to Sydney who started the wash and gave her expert opinion that a detox would have been better than the hot oil treatment I booked. This was due to the build up in my hair. A thAnkhs to Sydney as well :)

Sheleana done a great job with my hair. I have afro hair and wanted a texture release, my hair felt so silky afterwards. I would recommend and will be coming back. Great service and lovely salon.
