She’s consistently brilliant, she really knows what she’s doing, gives honest advice, and I always leave with my hair exactly how I want it. I highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a talented and knowledgeable hairdresser.

After having my ears pierced with Empress caerphilly last year, there was no where else I'd take my daughter for her ears to be pierced. My daughter was quite nervous, but was totally put at ease, and was talked through the whole process. Can't recommend them enough. She's now looking forward to booking her nose piercing.

Always listens to what I ask for and gives good advice x

I couldn't be happier with my hair! Ellie has been doing my hair regularly since April 2025, and every single appointment has been amazing. The balayage is always beautifully blended and looks so natural. My cut is fresh and flattering, and the blow dry and styling finish it off perfectly every time. Ellie really listens to what I want and always offers great advice to keep my hair in perfect condition while going blonder. I completely trust her. She makes me feel so at ease at every appointment — she’s professional, friendly, and incredibly talented. I wouldn’t go anywhere else🩷

I’ve had a few piercings done at Caerphilly branch and they have always been welcoming, helpful and easy to talk to. Today I Popped into the branch to have a jewellery change, they were so helpful with this. I have been recovering from an operation I had 8 weeks ago and Emily was so welcoming to see me and as always was asking how I was doing with my recovery, this meant a lot as the girls here at empress always take the time to get to know you and ask you how you are doing. Emily especially always goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Alex was friendly and professional, she listened to what I wanted and advised me as to what colour would suit me best. I was extremely pleased with my haircut and left the salon very happy. I have booked my next appointment and look forward to returning.

Ellie is absolutely amazing, I’ve gone to her for years and I would not go anywhere else now! Can’t recommend enough

I went to Aysha at White Cat for a buzz cut tidy-up and a full bleach and pink tone, and I’m so impressed with the result. Aysha worked carefully and professionally and the pink tone came out vibrant and beautifully even, and what I really appreciated was that she adjusted the shade midway through to match exactly what I was looking for. Aysha is so down to earth and friendly, I would recommend her to anyone!

Visited the new caerphilly studio and both girls were absolutely brilliant, so nice and friendly and very informative. I will definitely be back and have already recommended them ☺️
