The staff at bloom groom are always so knowledgeable. It was my second visit and it was the first salon I've ever been to that tracks each visit. This meant the stylist was able to check the exact color that my hair was dyed at my previous visit. The appointments are a lot longer than other salons but that's because they are so detail oriented.

Absolutely amazing experience. I had come to Bloom Groom to fix a terrible dye job (my blonde hair was nearly black) and they were able to restore it to a beautiful, natural color. I'm amazed. Such professional, thoughtful service. 100% recommend.

Mai An was great, she listened carefully to my requests about my curly hair and how I wanted my colour done. She looked at my curly hair before brushing it, and did a dry cut before colouring. She also checked it when it was wet. I’m very happy with the cut and colour! Loan was also lovely, she took care of treatments and washing. It was very relaxing and she is very kind.

Tri always takes his time and puts attention and care into his work. He does a great job on my blonde highlights and his price is reasonable. The only thing I can suggest is a bit more of a head massage would be nice during the wash or conditioning.

My hair is naturally fine and thinning with some grey hair at the crown, but Mr. Trí and his team completely transformed it to look twice as thick and full! I absolutely love the highlights blended seamlessly over the base color. It hides my grey hair perfectly and gives my hair amazing movement. The team was so meticulous, using premium Davines and Kevin Murphy products that left my hair incredibly shiny. Best of all, Mr. Tri was so thoughtful to include a free deep hair treatment to keep my hair soft and healthy. Pure professionalism and top-notch service! 💯
