Came in for a hair coloring appointment with Dylan and had a great experience. I showed him a few inspo photos, and he was honest in explaining that achieving those cooler tones would normally require bleaching, which I expected as much. He suggested doing a highlift, and I trusted his recommendation. The entire session took about two hours for my shoulder-length hair, and I absolutely loved the color they achieved. It turned out exactly how I hoped, cool and ashy! Huge thank you to Dylan and May :) Would definitely come back to get a tone.

I was sooo nervous to get my hair dyed for the first time, but I have a wedding in two weeks and noticed a few troublesome grey hairs Shinni was outstanding and dyed my greys to match my natural color! I was nervous about how it would come out, but it looks amazing! I will definitely be back for more services after the wedding, but I am so glad I came here- everyone was very kind and sweet!

I'm thankful Dylan made suggestions as this was a reason why I chose Her Studio. However, -1 star because I almost got a chemical burn when I got my hair colored. They kept adding on more color constantly to try to lighten my hair and said multiple times afterwards that it happens because I had my hair washed already. I'll still come back for haircuts but I'm not so sure about coloring.

Andy Chen was my stylist and colorist; he did an incredible job of melting my existing blonde sections into my grown-out roots. I'm very happy with my color and cut. Andy was also very courteous.

I absolutely love my hair color. I feel so pampered by Her and the assistant as they were washing my hair, adding color, doing the treatment, and cutting my hair. It was my first time booking her and doing a service with the salon. Will definitely come back. Everybody was asking me what color I requested afterwards.

I’m visiting from Boston and desperately needed to get my hair colored. Her Studio Hait was able to take me on short notice. I had no preference for a stylist, and Andywas assigned to do my hair. He didn’t know me at all but he took a lot of time to show me pictures and ask what I wanted. Keep in mind he pretty much only speaks Chinese and I only speak English. Despite the language barrier? He nailed exactly what I had envisioned. He was very meticulous with defining the shape of my hair exactly how I explained it. And the color was better than I had imagined. I left feeling like a new person!

I had a great experience with this studio! I got a beautiful layered haircut and highlights done by Seven, and although there was a bit of a language barrier, he helped compensate using a translator and understood exactly what I wanted done.

I’ve been going to Eric for two years now, since he was at a salon in San Lorenzo. It’s pricey, but Eric does his best every time and can always answer any question I have about hair care/maintenance. My first time seeing him, he fixed a couple lifelong hair issues I’ve had. No other hairstylist/barber ever told me to just part my hair on the other side and to grow my hair out more on the top. Now that he’s in Sunnyvale, I still make the two hour round-trip to get my hair cut from him and I leave satisfied every time!

I had my bleach and color done by William and the result was absolutely amazing! I’ve never been this satisfied with my hair before. I got lots of compliments from friends as well! During bleaching, he kept monitoring my hair’s condition to make sure it wasn’t being over-processed or damaged. Even though I had previously dyed hair, he still managed to get a beautiful, even color. He also helped me choose the perfect shade and gave me great tips on maintaining the color and keeping my hair healthy at home. Highly recommended!

Stanley is the only stylist I'll go to from now on! He's so knowledgable about hair and provides me with options when I ask for a specific cut. He's also an expert hair colorist and has recommended great hair colors for me that works well with my darker skin tone and brightens my complexion. I always get compliments. The first time I went to him, I did a milk tea peekaboo and it looked amazing! He was able to get it to the color I wanted in one session. I highly recommend him and his salon! He's the best!
