The staff were nice and accommodating although I did took quite a bit more time to bleach and color my hair compared to the last time I was here, that was in August of this year. I appreciate the service I received nonetheless.

I was helped right away! I asked Kevin for a recommendation for a hairstyle and trusted what he did to my hair. My hair feels light, and the hairstyle looks great. I came at 5 pm, and was finished by around 5:45.

I made a last minute same day appointment with Cheng. I’m from out of state and really wanted my haircut. He was so nice and made sure to be as precise as possible. I showed him some inspo pics and he put together what was best for me based off that. He made sure I was satisfied with the length and cut. I was very happy with the results!

Some places don’t need perfect communication to get it right. My stylist was patient, observant, and genuinely accommodating despite the language barrier. He clearly cared about his work and did his absolute best to deliver what I wanted. No rush, no attitude—just solid craft and real effort. I walked out with a clean, well-done haircut that feels right. Very happy with the result. I really liked Cheng Yangs work. He took his time and paid attention to detail which I appreciated. I was nervous because this was my first time cutting my hair to shoulder length but I love it he did exactly what I wanted. .
