Alli is amazinggg! I’ve been debating lightening my hair for a long time, and let my intrusive thoughts win last year by putting black box dye in it 😅 so I knew lightening it would be challenging but she saw my vision and was able to make it happen all while still keeping it healthy! Walking into the salon today was such a treat, being greeted with a lovely Valentine’s Day menu featuring matcha and coffee choices was such a nice, welcoming touch. Kim’s professionalism is on another level. She is a true master of her craft, and her talent for both color and cutting never ceases to amaze me. I trust her completely because she’s so dedicated to perfecting every detail. I always walk out feeling happy and refreshed!

Jen is the only person I trust with doing my hair! She is so good at taking my preferences into account and providing helpful suggestions to make my ideas even better! She’s very knowledgeable about hair care and maintenance, and I can always trust her to do a fantastic job with cuts and coloring. Been getting my hair done with Jen for a few years now: she’s such an expert when it comes to hair, color, texture and maintenance. This was my first time at Salon Ardor. I had Balayage, root color and a trim. Tanya did an amazing job and I am very happy with the results. She will be my go to hairstylists from now on. Everyone in the salon is very welcoming and the place is neat and clean. This is by far one of the most professional hair salons in San Diego.

Cole and staff are wonderful. They make you feel so welcome. Best place in San Diego.

Jennifer was great! She was very informative and really knew her stuff about coloring on grey hair. I only did a cut and style this time but I’m sure in the future we’ll do some color. I love my new fresh cut!

Sasha is the best! She listens carefully to what I request. She is super skilled...like an artist...when it comes to color/ highlights. She is as cute as a button and pampers me every time I am there. She gives the best ever head massage! The salon is so lovely and inviting...with an upscale urban vibe! Her mom Cole is also an absolute doll. The salon is ALL about each customer experiencing outstanding service and amazing outcomes! I am one happy customer!!

Alli is amazing! She helped me figure out what I really wanted and how to achieve it - for now it’s face frame highlight and demi perm on the greys for the beginning stages of grey blending in the future to give me a natural look. I love watching the process and learning terms like “color melting” and “demarcation.” Alli was fun to chat with and made me feel so comfortable in the chair that I wanted to take a nap LOL. Ashley did the most incredible blonde balayage for me and I am beyond obsessed with the results! She blended everything so seamlessly, and the color looks bright, and dimensional. I typically don’t write reviews but my first visit at Salon Ardor deserves recognition. After reading all the great reviews on Yelp, I decided to drive 40 minutes and give them a try! It was so worth it! Alli was amazing! She was transparent, thorough and honest about what could and could not happen. She took the time to explain the costs and went over the entire process with me to ensure that we are on agreement. Most importantly, I walked out of them with the color that I wanted!
