They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! All of them are great! They're so genuine and talented. Deya was the one who has done my hair twice now and I absolutely love it! I've dyed my hair multiple times before but she is great in talking about what she's doing during the process which can be reassuring to guests who are probably dying their hair for the first time. I wanted more of a neutral blonde and when my hair lightened more warm toned and orangish, she mixed the toner in a way that neutralized the warmth to get me to neutral so she knows what she's doing!

I came into perfect picture to get a perm in my hair, but once I got there Margaret did a consultation with me and she decided that I didn’t need a perm just a silk press which I loved because she took her time to examine my hair first , so she did the silk press, but not before she did a detangler because it was badly tangled due to old radiation damage … she wasn’t just friendly. She was genuine and comforting. Especially to my hair.. so she did the silk press and it came out so beautiful… I definitely found a true angel someone who’s dedicated to her work and yes, I definitely will be back
