She created a calm, comfortable space, took the time to really listen during the consult, and offered thoughtful professional advice. I had an excellent haircut, and she also washed, massaged, and styled my hair beautifully. I love my new style and would happily recommend her to others looking for a supportive, skilled hairdresser. Phil did an exceptional job. My colour and my cut came out perfect better than I expected. I love going there and getting my hair done. Really inviting homely chilled vibe .fab coffee, even snacks offered wow that's great service. I had the best head massage from the young girl and just the best professional consult asking me about my hair and my wants. Talking me through shampoos giving me advice on treatments in a way I understood which I loved as I don't understand hairdresser lingo lol my colour was just gorgeous and cut was beautiful I'm stoked feeling glam and beautiful every visit ☺️ afterpay is a bonus to hehe

Honestly, it's hands down the best hair dresser and experience I've ever had. I actually left feeling refreshed and relaxed. The basin to wash your hair was a dream. Normally, I have headaches for weeks after the standard basins, but lying down is a game changer. I feel like I have the colour I've been chasing for years now to. 10 out of 10 from me
