I had a great consultation with Lucie and a hair appointment with Julie. Both great at advising next steps on my hair journey, back to being blonde. I'm new to the area but was highly recommend Chop and Change. Friendly staff who really do care and are very welcoming. Julie is fantastic at cut and colouring, she is highly recommended if your looking for a burst of colour or something adventurous.

After having such a great 1st experience with Lucie, I booked in for full head of highlights. Julie did my colour, and she really is brilliant. I got lots of advice on how to look after my hair, samples of products to try, and all the staff take good care of you . My hair looks lovely, Highly recommend

I am greatly satisfied as a new customer. I was a bit nervous as it is not my usual place and my hairstyle (cut+color) is a bit more on the complexe side but Julie did an amazing job capturing what I wanted. Other staff members were really nice as well.

The breadth and knowledge these ladies have of techniques is incredible. They will absolutely do exactly what you want but they use their knowledge to advise what's best in terms of colour, style and hair condition. You really can't go wrong.

I went in not really knowing what I wanted colour wise, just something lowish maintenance that would hide the greys. Lucie was great, listened to my concerns, checked in throughout and explained everything she was doing. Absolutely love the end result!! Highly recommend

Amazing as always, went in just for a colour touch up but wanted to go lighter and Julie tried out a few different colours and went out of her way to make it the perfect colour, even with shop beinging so busy for the run up to Christmas. Thank you so much

I had the best experience with Megan today at her lovely cosy salon, she was so very professional and knowledgable and answered all my questions, putting my mind to rest, I had a fabulous facial with Gua Sha instructions on how to do this myself, Plus a brilliant cut and colour with foils , I felt so refreshed after my visit, I went away with a huge smile on my face, i felt like a million dollars, can’t wait till next time, Thank you Megan. oh and just to add, Booking was so easy to navigate aswell. 5 stars well earned x
