I had a great consultation with Lucie and a hair appointment with Julie. Both great at advising next steps on my hair journey, back to being blonde. I'm new to the area but was highly recommend Chop and Change. Friendly staff who really do care and are very welcoming. Julie is fantastic at cut and colouring, she is highly recommended if your looking for a burst of colour or something adventurous.

After having such a great 1st experience with Lucie, I booked in for full head of highlights. Julie did my colour, and she really is brilliant. I got lots of advice on how to look after my hair, samples of products to try, and all the staff take good care of you . My hair looks lovely, Highly recommend

I have been coming here for almost 1 year now and my hair has never felt or looked so good. My colour is the best it has ever been and I get so many compliments on it all the time. I am greatly satisfied as a new customer. I was a bit nervous as it is not my usual place and my hairstyle (cut+color) is a bit more on the complexe side but Julie did an amazing job capturing what I wanted. Other staff members were really nice as well.

I went in not really knowing what I wanted colour wise, just something lowish maintenance that would hide the greys. Lucie was great, listened to my concerns, checked in throughout and explained everything she was doing. Absolutely love the end result!! Highly recommend

Rebecca is the most wonderful person, very inviting and friendly and checking I’m ok the whole visit. I had black box dyed hair that had grown out and looked awful to the point I was embarrassed. I left today feeling refreshed and happy with my lovely new cut and colour. I’m looking forward to my next visit. Can’t recommend Rebecca enough.

First time visiting this salon after another salon left me with less desirable results and I needed this addressed as well as roots touched up. I was given clear expectations during my consultation and a plan of action was proposed. Bethanie looked very well after me and made sure I was fully in the know what was happening at any point during my appointment as well as checking regularly I was comfortable and happy. The end result is better than the expected and I’m very happy with it. Looking forward to coming back and working together on achieving the perfect colour when I’m ready.

Excellent. Rachel highlighted my hair and the outcome was really good and I'm very pleased. The colours look natural and blend beautifully and gives my hair a great uplift.
