I'm going through a 'journey' at the moment of growing out my dyed hair and embracing my grey! Siobhan is helping through every step, suggesting ways of cutting my hair to help the transition. I've heard some stories of hairdressers persuading clients to re-dye their hair and I get only support from Siobhan and no judgement. I just couldn't be happier. I love how she gives the time to discuss rather than just get on with the cut. Plus, she makes a mean cup of coffee!

It was my first time at Roots in Windsor.I liked the detailed consultation, the ways highlights were applied, the washing up of the hair. By the time, Charlotte cut and blow dried my hair, there was no need of words, she knew what I wanted and was excellent at delivering it! Thank you, great experience! Polite hairdresser, clean and relaxing place! I will come back!!!

I made an appt to see Leo because over the last year I’ve struggled with hormonal hair loss leaving me with thin wispy hair, and a lack of confidence! I had extensions about 17 years ago and it wasn’t a great experience, so I was unsure if they’d be for me again. In the consultation, Leo was so lovely and listened to all my concerns, what I’d want to achieve, and talked me through the different options. I was reassured and booked in. I had my extensions put in yesterday and I am so delighted with them. The colour match is perfect and Leo did exactly what I asked - absolutely the right choice!
