On behalf of my wife: I booked in for a full head of highlights and couldn’t be happier with the result! The stylist really listened to what I wanted, matched the tones perfectly to suit my skin, and blended everything so naturally. My hair feels so fresh and healthy, and the colour has a gorgeous shine. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. Fran creates a lovely atmosphere, and I never felt rushed. Definitely the best highlights I’ve had in ages.. I’ll be coming back for my next appointment without a doubt!

I’m the kind of person who likes to have everything done in one day before departing for the holidays. So, I booked everything with Unico Salon—from depilation, nails, and pedicure, to brows, eyelashes and even head massage. I have to say, I’ve never been as happy with a single visit to a salon as I was here. Everything I needed to explain to the specialists was taken thoughtfully, and was closely followed. For example for my eyelashes, I had a very special request with brown color, alternating lengths 8-9mm, getting longer at the outer parts. I got exactly the result I wanted.

It was my first time at Roots in Windsor.I liked the detailed consultation, the ways highlights were applied, the washing up of the hair. By the time, Charlotte cut and blow dried my hair, there was no need of words, she knew what I wanted and was excellent at delivering it! Thank you, great experience! Polite hairdresser, clean and relaxing place! I will come back!!!

Such a fabulous salon, so lucky to have this in Windsor. Yaz does the best blow dry ever, highly recommend!

As ever Steph has given me a fabulous cut after colouring my hair with foils. She listens to what I’m asking her to do and discusses with me what is and what is not possible and then gets on with it. I feel really good as I leave the shop. It is well worth the 30 mins it takes me to get to the salon for the finished look. Thanks Steph I really love the colour and the cut !

Zainab was both patient and informative, which I really appreciated. I was having my eye brows dyed for first time and she kindly walked me through all the options when having Patch test. And today spent time perfecting my brows shape and colour, and thoroughly explaining about after. I was petrified I was going to look like angry birds, but the outcome brows I love! Thank you.
