Would highly recommend this salon, both Shanna and Lola are really friendly and professional. Took my 13yr old daughter (autistic) for a cut and Lola was brilliant with her. I had a cut & finish with Shanna and was interested in getting some colour put in, her suggestion was great and I went back today and had some darker highlights put in. I was a bit nervous as I'd not had a darker tone in years but I love the outcome. It really suits my complexion and makes me feel more confident. Excellent service and great value for money. You'd be missing out if you don't try the salon and the 2 lovelies

Always made to feel very welcome from the minute I walk through the door. I have been going to Chequers for more years than I care to remember and whatever style or colour I choose I always come out with the result I imagined it would look like. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Tracey is excited about hair colour and is really adventurous helping you decide the perfect new fit for you, if you let her know that you'd like a change. She really cares about getting you the desired look in the first appointment. Today my hair was lightened from my regular warm blonde to a whole new cooler shade. I was given lots of advice about how to care for my hair and a plan but in place for my next appt. I'm excited about my hair appts and know how I can take care of my hair in between now. Five stars isn’t enough! My hair was crying out for a makeover and Phoebe worked absolute magic. From start to finish, her attention to detail was second to none. She’s an expert at what she does and a complete perfectionist, making sure every section sat perfectly and every detail was just right. I had a full head of foils, roots done, and a fantastic haircut with Leah, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The colour is beautiful, the blend is perfect, and the cut feels fresh and really well thought out. Leah is skilled, attentive, and genuinely lovely to spend time with. I’m extremely happy and will definitely be back.

Great atmosphere. I was afraid my hair will end up dry and burn with bleaching. However ladies are very professional, they know what they are doing. Love my new colour. Definitely coming back to get my roots done.

Always have a great cut & colour with Natasha. Everyone is friendly & welcoming. They are really knowledgeable & give great advice should you be unsure of what you want/need & really listen to the customer to give you the best for your style. Pricing is good too. I would highly recommend . 😊
