Had highlights & lowlights for the first time with Laura. So happy with the result, much better than I expected, love the colour. Laura made me feel comfortable to make changes throughout the appointment to make sure it was exactly as I wanted. Would definitely recommend

Every time I walk into NV I'm never disappointed all the girls are so friendly and warm,the drinks and food are amazing it's a great way to treat yourself alongside your pamper session. I went in yesterday and told Kay I wanted a change I was bored of my 'usual' and WOW she didn't let me down I absolutely love my new 'do' colour,cut,the shine I love it and got so many compliments on it,she worked her magic yet again. As always a huge thank you to you all,hope you all have an amazing Christmas an a rest you all work so hard! My next appointment is already booked x

Chantelle is just absolutely delightful! It was my first time dyeing my hair an unnatural colour and she made the entire process so exciting, even doing a fun reveal with me by covering the mirrors :) My hair looks and feels immaculate and I’ve had non-stop compliments since having it done. I am a weekly customer of Ella an for past 2 months she has been in charge of doing my hair colour and toners . I love Ella she’s very professional friendly and chatty when I come into salon she knows what my vision is an how I like my hair blown in to styles.

Absolutely love Chantelle, love how she's a wizard on my hair colour, not the harry Potter kinda wizard but the mixologist kind a wizard!!! Love my hair, after years of just settling, I now finally love my hair!!!! The salon is so welcoming, everyone is just so friendly!!! Love it here xx
