Rachel has been doing my hair for many years. As usual, she has worked her magic! Roots done and highlights at the same time. Never has my hair been so well looked after. Her lovely new salon is wonderful… highly recommended.

Katie was very welcoming and friendly, and she asked me about my hair before starting the treatment. She seemed to genuinely enjoy her job too. My hair looks wonderful after the treatment- I’m happy with the results! I was also interested in a root colour- and she managed to sort that out for me for later in the week. Overall, it was a great experience and Katie was fantastic!

I recently visited the salon and had the pleasure of having my hair done by Darcy, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience! From the moment I walked in, Darcy made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Her warm and friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease. The colour she applied to my hair was absolutely stunning. Darcy truly listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Throughout the appointment, I felt well looked after and in very capable hands. I highly recommend Darcy and the salon to anyone looking for a top-notch hairdressing experience.

Superb cut and highlights. Found a good hairdresser in Norwich at last!

I tried two other ‘top rated’ salons in central Norwich but came away disappointed both times, then was recommended Cavell by a friend and I’m so glad - my experience at Cavell was excellent. Darcy is lovely, the salon atmosphere is professional and friendly, my head massage was relaxing, the cut is great but most importantly for me…I adore my new hair colour! Thank you. I’ll defo be back.

I'm absolutely delighted with my hair!! I decided to try Cavell Hairdressing after going to another salon in Norwich for years. I'd actually convinced myself I didn't enjoy having my hair done any more. It turns out I just needed to be in a more relaxed, welcoming environment where I felt less like a number and more like a valued customer. Thank you so much to Mollie and Daisy for helping me achieve what I wanted whilst making me laugh!! I've come away feeling like me again. Cavelle is absolutely my new favourite salon and I will most certainly be coming back soon. You ladies are fantastic! Xx

Very impressed with CAVELL. Excellent attention to detail and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. I was not the easiest customer, having previously experienced some very poor haircuts at some of the reputed top stylists in Norwich. I have booked another appointment and recommend CAVELL without reservation.

Great haircut, nice venue, lovely staff. I love that I can book an appointment and can o pay online. Great hospitlity that you wouldn't expect when getting a haircut. Boris is the worlds best mascot and I was sad that he wasn't there today. After trying loads of hairdressers/barbers in Norwich Cavells are the best by far!!!

Mollie has been cutting my hair for the last year that I’ve lived in Norwich. She is great! She always knows how I like my hair. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had a lovely second visit to this hairdresser. Due to the Christmas rush, I wasn’t able to book an online appointment to get my roots done, just a wash cut and blow dry. But when I explained that to Millie, she double checked and managed to squeeze me in for the colour as well. I was so happy about that. My cut colour and blow dry was fab and I will definitely be returning.

Today's appointment I decided last minute I wanted highlights not a full head colour like normal she worked her magic and I'm so so pleased! Lovely lovely experience. Not felt so happy leaving a salon for long time. Colour and cut exactly what I wanted and Rachel just makes you feel so at home for a couple of hours of pampering.

Absolutely awesome 💕 my hair extensions look absolutely amazing and the colour match is perfect I left feeling amazing I felt very comfortable with the ladies and was offered lots of tea and coffee and left With plenty advice on how to care for my extensions . Always a perfect service by Alice, can’t fault her. I’ve had extensions for 10+ years and I now travel all the way from London to see her. Her salon is so inviting, she is meticulous for colour match and neatness. Never disappoints and is worth the 2 hour+ drive! Plus cute dogs which always helps :)
