Came in on the 1st August, it was my birthday and I had a lovely time with my lovely Mellissa and my lovely Gracie and the lovely Rhianna. I consider them friends, not just a salon I visit to get my hair done. Please employ Gracie as she is a real addition to the team and the atmosphere of the salon. Mellissa as always transforms my hair and has made me love my hair again. I will continue to come to Cut Loose for ever!! Fantastic time by me and I feel so at home there I really do ❤️

Absolutely FANTASTIC experience today with my first visit for a haircut. Charley was just perfect, talking through options with me, truly listening to what I wanted and generally being easy going & friendly. After trying numerous different hairdressers over the last 18months trying to find someone who could create the style I wanted, I have really landed on my feet finding Charley!! She did a perfect cut to my asymmetric short hairstyle and finally I have the style I dreamed of. I really couldn't be happier - THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Jemma is an amazing hairdresser. I've always found her really professional, and genuinely a lovely person. She really takes the time to understand what you want to achieve, and really cares about helping you get the results you want. Before finding Jemma I'd had a lot of bad experiences with colouring (trying to go lighter, and always ended up colouring over it again at home soon after, but I've loved the results I've got with Jemma doing my hair, wouldn't want to go anywhere else now.

Was an amazing experience felt like a new women after. Very friendly but professional too. I would highly recommend doing to complete package. My skin and hair and body look and feel great. Thank you very much will definitely be returning and highly recommending to family friends and work colleagues.
