It would have been 5 stars because Sarah just is so good - but had to take one star off for freezing conditions, and I really mean freezing! Especially having your hair washed in the cold was almost was quite an experience... maybe it's time to get proper heaters?

Lovely first experience here. I was really happy with the result and grateful for the care and attention that I received.
