I had a great consultation with Lucie and a hair appointment with Julie. Both great at advising next steps on my hair journey, back to being blonde. I'm new to the area but was highly recommend Chop and Change. Friendly staff who really do care and are very welcoming. Julie is fantastic at cut and colouring, she is highly recommended if your looking for a burst of colour or something adventurous.

After having such a great 1st experience with Lucie, I booked in for full head of highlights. Julie did my colour, and she really is brilliant. I got lots of advice on how to look after my hair, samples of products to try, and all the staff take good care of you . My hair looks lovely, Highly recommend

Went in for a touch up of root colour and came out with a whole new colour and as always a great cut. Julie is very knowledgeable with colouring and stylin. Love my new hair

I have been coming here for almost 1 year now and my hair has never felt or looked so good. My colour is the best it has ever been and I get so many compliments on it all the time. The ladies here reallly know there stuff, so knowledgeable and take the time to explain things, always giving the best advice. Trust me you will not regret not booking in here!!

I am greatly satisfied as a new customer. I was a bit nervous as it is not my usual place and my hairstyle (cut+color) is a bit more on the complexe side but Julie did an amazing job capturing what I wanted. Other staff members were really nice as well.

The breadth and knowledge these ladies have of techniques is incredible. They will absolutely do exactly what you want but they use their knowledge to advise what's best in terms of colour, style and hair condition. You really can't go wrong.

It is always worth the drive to Addlestone for an appointment with Laura. You arrive with jaded skin and leave glowing and relaxed … and in my case with lovely eyebrows and eyelashes too! She totally deserves her five stars. I’d give her ten if I could.

I don't usually write reviews, but this salon genuinely merits one. It's a very professional place. My hair colour turned out just as I envisioned, and even after the second wash, my hair feels very healthy and not at all dry- something I often experience after colouring.
