Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

My roots were done today by nessey and i had my roots cut, they were long, I wish they relized when I say to skin it dosent mean a few mm in lenght she also deied my cut off so when i wash it im thinking a lot of dye will come out

Everyone was so nice and supportive especially my stylist Megan who put in the effort to talk and make me feel comfortable offered drinks several times and reassured me several times did a wonderful job with my hair and made me feel and look absolutely stunning without damaging or ruining my hair at all love the place so much would 100% recommend others to go and get their treatment or colouring from here very very experienced and professional

I'm a repeat customer & all my experiences are 5 star. I've had different treatments inc full highlights, full scalp bleach, fashion colours and hair cuts when growing my hair out after a buzz cut. I always feel looked after. The hair & styling cuts are of high standard, communication is excellent - it doesn't feel awkward to ask questions or speak up if I think there is misunderstanding of what I want. Joanna sets the bar high when it comes to massages. I have to say it’s the first time when I had a massage done that well in Leicester!
