Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

My roots were done today by nessey and i had my roots cut, they were long, I wish they relized when I say to skin it dosent mean a few mm in lenght she also deied my cut off so when i wash it im thinking a lot of dye will come out

Everyone was so nice and supportive especially my stylist Megan who put in the effort to talk and make me feel comfortable offered drinks several times and reassured me several times did a wonderful job with my hair and made me feel and look absolutely stunning without damaging or ruining my hair at all love the place so much would 100% recommend others to go and get their treatment or colouring from here very very experienced and professional

I'm a repeat customer & all my experiences are 5 star. I've had different treatments inc full highlights, full scalp bleach, fashion colours and hair cuts when growing my hair out after a buzz cut. I always feel looked after. The hair & styling cuts are of high standard, communication is excellent - it doesn't feel awkward to ask questions or speak up if I think there is misunderstanding of what I want. Jodie is amazing and listens to what you would like but at the same time gives you the right advice as no one likes to get their hair wrong . Hannah was absolutely amazing turned my awful home dyed hair into beautiful locks! Hannah made me feel at ease and made sure throughout that I was happy. The atmosphere in the salon is welcoming and friendly. I was really happy with how my hair colour turned out after all my bleaching at home I was worried it wouldn't take but Hannah performed a miracle and I love the outcome more importantly it got my kids seal of approval !

I have to say it was not very warm also as I was having highlights done I would liked to have a couple of magazines to browse through while waiting for colour to be ready, otherwise very happy with Zoe doing my hair.
