Tracy did a fantastic job on my hair. I had not had my hair cut since before lockdown so it was long and scraggy and difficult to manage. I now have an even cut and my hair looks healthier and tidy. Will definately go again.

I had the most wonderful first time experience at Tranquility. Lynn was incredibly welcoming and the treatment she gave me was bliss! Also, I must say, it's an absolutely beautiful salon. I couldn't have felt more relaxed and pampered. My skin was honestly glowing afterwards, the very opposite as to how it looked before I walked through the door! Exactly what I had needed. Loved it, love my cut. Thanks so much Rhianna! I went in with pics of about 5 different styles I liked and somehow Rhianna worked her magic and turned them into the perfect cut for me. Really listened and understood the more masc style I wanted (unlike other hair stylists I've had in past) and checked in throughout the cut to tweak it as we went. Coffee was also tasty. 100% recommend.

Sara is a colour expert! I have greying hair and Sara always makes my roots match the rest of my long hair which gives me the natural look I want. I also have thick curly hair which Sara tames and blow dries straight for me. Sara trims my hair when I need it. Her character is infectious and I love my appointments with her. Highly recommend.

Rihanna was amazing. I’m so happy with the cut and style. So much care and attention. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Hastings

Honestly the best massage I have ever had. I had a very tight and tense back and Lynne ensured that I did not leave feeling the same pain as I walked in with. Her techniques were amazing and she made me feel super comfortable throughout. She also went over the amount of time I paid for as she could just feel I needed a little more time - true professional who clearly puts the customer first. Thank you so much!!!

Really lovely environment. Very soothing and relaxing. The therapist couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. So much so that I had extra treatments on the day added! Very impressed with the waxing products. The therapist had a gentle way about her and it was pain-free. A great all-round experience. Looking forward to my new go-to salon for pampering. Thank you!

Sara is a true hair colour expert and artist. Today she did a miracle to my head. I had a multiple mix of colours and extremely dry and damaged ends. As I want to grow my hair Sara managed to give it a beautiful dark brown-copper colour with a shiny glossy finish and she chopped the minimum amount of length to keep it still long but looking way healthier (and younger ;)) Thank you Sara, I am looking forward my next time at the salon.

First visit to Samli, great salon.super relaxed. I didnt really know what cut I wanted and Rihanna and I discussed what would be best cut for my colour which is growing out. I am so happy with the final result, really pleased.
