What an amazing experience! After losing 6 stone and not touching my hair for almost 2 years losing all my confidence and looking for a change . ANNA was AMAZING so friendly so kind talked through the appointment and restored my confidence with a cute little bob that literally give me a new lease of life. Thank you so much Anna . Natasha did a fantastic job with my hair. I absolutely love the balayage and the cut. The colour suits me perfectly and is exactly what I had in mind. She is incredibly thorough and caring and really makes sure the final result matches what you have asked for. Thank you as well to everyone at Pearce and Chapman for the warm welcome. At one point there were three people working on my hair which felt like a real team effort. It was my first time at the salon and I will definitely be booking my next hair appointment there.

Chloe is amazing, I’m sooo happy with my hair. Blonde highlights are always perfect and so close to the root not one slight stripe in sight. I’ve never had anyone do such a perfect job.
