I would absolutely recommend Eselle Collective to anyone looking for a salon where you feel so welcome and at home! The salon is cosy and not loud filled with loads of overwhelming noise and people, so it truly feels like a personal and relaxing space to unwind. I absolutely adore the time I get to spend with Sophie, who is an absolute joy and we always have a right laugh❤️ Shes a magician when it comes to hair colouring, especially blondes! Always understands and excels the assignment, and will go above and beyond for her clients. Wouldn't go anywhere else now, she's stuck with me 😜

Have been visiting Sophie for my balayage touch ups for a few years now. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. She always does a fantastic job. Talks through the process with me each time and always keeps it real with what’s achievable and works for my colouring. My hair always grows out beautifully and still looks great right up to when I return for a touch up. The new salon is really beautifully decorated and warm and welcoming. Always enjoy my visits!x

Lots of time & patience with 20 month old, with ants in his pants and just wanting to run around. He played with cars on the floor, messed up the product display, used the water hair spray bottle to wash the window, etc. all while Kelly quietly chased him round cutting the odd snip here & there without him even realising he’d had a haircut! Very positive first haircut experience - thank you.

Had the BEST experience with Carly at the butterfly lounge! She was so knowledgeable and taught me so much about my hair and what I can do to keep it in the best condition. The service was so personal and I felt really at home while I was there! Most importantly, my hair is absolutely amazing! I am totally in love with it and it’s given me so much confidence! Would recommend Carly and the butterfly lounge in a heartbeat!!
