I always feel so good after I leave Natalie. Once I mentioned to her that I was having these aches on the edges of my ears. Natalie started doing an ear massage with every facial service. My aches disappeared!!! Lately I have been waking up with the back of my neck,going into my head and my shoulders very tight which was leading to sometimes waking up with a migraine. Natalie, did an awesome little massage on my neck, head and shoulders, still also doing the ear massage AND my regularly scheduled facial! Natalie takes such good care of my face and body. She is simply amazing!

New and upcoming salon in Willoughby -This place is a vibe! The girls are great. For a team of junior stylists everyone seems very experienced. They work as a team and pay close attention to detail. I really enjoyed the head spa. And when I left my glasses behind, they were quick to call and get them back to me. Definitely recommend.

It was my first time going for a hair consult and a hair cut with Elena, I was so happy with the result, Elena is such a professional and talented hair stylist, I was so pleased with her services, I left feeling so refreshed and my hair had so much life put back into it. The vibe of her salon is so ZEN as well, it's super cozy and relaxing. 😊. On a side note - Elena is such a genuine sweet person. Over the past year, I’ve been coming in every 4–6 weeks as part of a plan to keep my hair looking its best. At each visit, Elena takes care of a root touch-up, and as I grow out my bob, we’ve mapped out when to trim and when to tone. I love the product line that she carries and everyone once in a while I leave with something new to try. I highly recommend Elleven Hair Studio for those who don’t just want a cut or color, but a true partnership in achieving and maintaining their best hair.

I can’t say I thank-you enough. My first visit was a consult, 2nd visit was a full day of colour correction/balayage/root blend to get rid of the bleached yellow/gold/blonde/grey damaged hair, 3rd was a root touch up/cut and WOW!! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my new hair! Elena has the most beautiful salon and is equally as beautiful inside and out herself. She is always so positive and knowledgeable and uses the best products. She truly loves what she does and it shows. My hair is so healthy and beautiful.
