I went in for a protein treatment and had an amazing experience from start to finish. There was absolutely No Wait Time, which was a huge plus! Ashlee made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, and Kyna was very informative—she really emphasized the importance of maintaining great home care. Andrea was amazing needed to have my hair washed and wavy for an evening function Andrea smashed it - I had so many compliments thank you Andrea

This was my first time here and I was comfortable. I never felt like a first timer and everything that was done to my hair was explained to me in full detail which I love. My hair didn't take as long as I had anticipated and that made me very happy. Overall I would rate this experience a 10/10 and I would recommend her to others.

Always have a great experience @waxology.bds. Usually get the basic hair removal service, however, this time I added a vajacial to the package and it was spectacular. Very relaxing and had the kitty extra smooth.
