Amazing colour service from Torah! Walked in with brassy, grown out foils. Left with the best colour I've had in years. Foil placement was on point for how I wear/style my hair and the toner Torah choose is perfect. Highly recommend.

Came back in for a second appointment with Breeahna, as a new stylist to the salon I can see she takes great pride and time with her work. We exchanged photos back and forth she explained the correct terms with me I’m pregnant too so was very patient to take extra care. We had a vision is mind and she was tentative to get the right colour and care that I needed. Made sure I was comfy too as I said I’m pregnant.its great she has so care to ensure I was satisfied. My hair feels healthy and she fulfilled what I was seeking. She needs to trust her instinct more and lead the way. 😊

I have previously been to the brassall branch in 2021 and the experience was really bad so I had steered clear. Today was a complete 180 on what happened last time. Natasha and Emma were awesome. I have autism and donate my hair which normally involves a lot of coaching that I'm not comfortable with and i dont really like haircuts. They made the whole experience seemless despite me showing up early, they were hospitable and Natasha actually asked me in a non pushy and friendly way if I wanted something tweaked, I didn't really need to instigate. Best experience in about a decade. Thank you.

On a call in visit (live on road permanently) I was estatic with my short chic/pixie/hipster cut. Most hairdressers are not confident cutting a ladies hair in classic manner but Chris pulled off. Very Satisfied. When in Brisbane/Ipswich will return!

Summer is amazing, she did a great job with my hair. I think my colouring and style is the best my hair has ever looked. I highly recommend her and the salon. The salon has the most comfortable seats for hair washing I have ever used. Overall, the salon is l very comfortable, and relaxed, and all staff are very friendly.

I had my eyebrows shaped and dyed which I was happy with but the girl didn’t make me feel welcome. It seemed she was there just to do a job, no conversation, slightly abrupt in her manner. It’s the second time I’ve been there and had the same experience previously. I will go back only because it’s quick and affordable but I think she could use some training in customer service and a smile to welcome people.

I don’t know this young ladies name but she was great . She put some sort of gloss colour toner on my ends where I throw a lot of warmth and the colour was a big improvement. She gave me some other advise about a product K18 I think she said. Just a really lovely experience. I would happily use her again. She’s a good hairdresser.
