I’m a regular customer and I’ve always been happy with the professionalism and quality of the nail services. ❗️My only feedback is regarding the salon furniture and cushions, as they appear old and stained, which unfortunately makes the environment feel less comfortable. I hope management considers updating or replacing them to improve the overall customer experience.

Had a great experience at Madison de Joelle-Al ain ladies club The staff were very welcoming and professional, the atmosphere was calm, and everything felt clean and well organized. I really enjoyed my time and would highly recommend it❤️

My daughter and I had a WONDERFUL experience at Trefle Spa today. The ladies were all so kind and enjoyable, and our nails look fantastic! We appreciated their patience and assistance with our choosing nail colors. Lyka, Rita, Susmita and Shanti along with the front desk reception provided excellent service. We definitely plan to return for our nails and maybe try the hair salon and the massage options as well! I’m so glad to have discovered such a gem of a spa here in Al Ain.

I received a warm welcome from Juliet, who was incredibly gentle and very thorough. Bochra pampered me with an amazing hammam treatment that truly felt like a trip to Morocco. She was lovely throughout the entire experience and made sure I was well taken care of. To top it all off, Maissa worked wonders on my hair and was incredibly kind and caring. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep during the blow-dry! The entire team is lovely, professional, and attentive. The salon is spotless and well maintained. The perfect place for a truly relaxing experience. Highly recommended!
