You can tell straight away that they genuinely care about the health of your hair, not just how it looks when you walk out. The whole salon felt really warm and welcoming. Everyone was lovely and made the experience feel relaxed rather than rushed. Madison did my colour and Kelly did my cut, and both were amazing. So much attention to detail and real knowledge about hair. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Sophie was excellent. She looked after my daughter beautifully and took real care with the cut of her waist-length, very thick hair. The cut is shaped perfectly and it has stayed straight and shiny all day. My daughter is delighted and has gone from refusing hair cuts to wanting to go every 8 weeks!

Am only in Lincoln a couple of days and looked for a spot to have my hair done while I'm here. Even though there was a hiccup with my appointment I was delighted to have a gorgeous cut and finish, just what I asked for and very easy to put up with a bit of glam for my night out tonight or to leave down straight or with a bit of volume. I've not got the best hair, quite thin from menopause damage and age and relentless dying to keep the grey at bay but it looks fab and made me feel great which I really am in need of right now. Lovely salon, delicious tea, lovely stylist! Top notch.

First time in this salon and I was made to feel welcome, didnt feel intimidated as i have in other places. I was consulted and listened to about my hair and what I wanted and given good advice. The cut on my hair is lovely and I am really pleased with it. Will definitely come back.

This was my first time using the Salon. I was a little nervous as I’ve had the same hairdressers for several years but unfortunately she has now moved. I was made welcome, and even though I was 10 minutes early I was seen straight away. I explained what I would like and was told how it would be achieved. I was very happy with the results and have already booked in again for a second appointment before I go on holiday.
