Caitlin is the best hairdresser my partner and I have ever had. She is always friendly and chatty and a few times has been really flexible when I couldn't make it. Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I'm a repeat customer & all my experiences are 5 star. I've had different treatments inc full highlights, full scalp bleach, fashion colours and hair cuts when growing my hair out after a buzz cut. I always feel looked after. The hair & styling cuts are of high standard, communication is excellent - it doesn't feel awkward to ask questions or speak up if I think there is misunderstanding of what I want. My expectations are managed considerately & professionally, the advice given is always well reasoned & up to date. I trust everyone in this salon.
