My experience with Tanya and her amazing colleague who washed my hair/massaged scalp was 1st class as always. Unfortunately the app allowed me to make an appt for highlights which I then found out once I got there that I wasn't able to do today because I havnt had a skin test. So 0 out of 10 for the app and 30 out of 10 for Tanya and gang as usual.

I was treated with such kindness and respect during my consultation with Zara (and Abbie). My Neurodivergence was completely catered for, and I was given full control and choice over what I wanted to do. The staff are so knowledgeable and reassuring. The salon is absolutely beautiful, clean and has a friendly, family feel atmosphere. I am so looking forward to my extensions being fitted!

My colour and cut were fab! Just what I asked for. The jewel in your crown is definitely Alex. She made me feel so welcome. She looked after me and has the right attitude with all the clients. She was in great demand by the stylists but never got flustered or stressed. She is so bright and cheerful that it makes your day. If only every salon had an Alex! Do everything you can to keep her! The only thing that makes it tricky is the price. But I loved every minute at the salon. I’d love to come back again. Thank you all

A beautiful environment with a really friendly and welcoming team. Becca did an amazing job with my reverse balayage. She discussed which colours she would use showing me samples of the colours and the final result was really good. Slightly disappointed that my hair was only roughly dried and turned frizzy as soon as I got outside. Maybe there was some cross communication at the point of booking as I thought styling after was included as this was not mensioned when booking.

Keeleigh is amazing! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Got my balayage done weeks ago, and I still get asked if it’s just been done!

Fabulous first visit to Alchemy with lovely Keeleigh today and I can’t recommend her enough! Since moving to the area in 2018, I’ve struggled to find someone I’ve been particularly happy with to do my colour. Keeleigh really took the time to understand my requirements specially now I’m turning grey and don’t always have a lot of time to visit regularly. She suggested a balayage which she executed brilliantly and I’m so pleased with the natural results. Great haircut too. Alchemy is a friendly, welcoming salon and I really enjoyed the weighted blanket and delicious fruit water and coffee too!

Charlotte is a fantastic stylist and always cuts & highlights my hair perfectly. She listens to what I want and also offers valuable advice. I have been having my hair done by Charlotte for about 15 years and value her experience.

Dianne was absolutely lovely, so welcoming and made me feel at ease. From consultation through to the balayage on my hair, Dianne made sure I was comfortable and happy with every step. During the process she made me a cup of coffee, complete with biscuits and took her time with the detail and placement of colour & development time, ensuring it was at its best. I am really happy with the results and looking forward to coming back to the salon again soon. Thank you so much for another exceptional experience… wishing Dianne all the best with her training completion ❤️

Overall good experience , was only missing some communication on what is going to be done to my hair and what result should I expect . Bit dissapointed that highlights are not very visible while hair in ponytail, would ask for highlights from roots . Thank you

I went to Keeleigh today for roots and foils after a friend recommended her. She was fabulous. She did an amazing job with the colour, was friendly and kind and attentive. I’ve already booked my next appointment! I feel thoroughly spoilt - cups of tea, head massage, weighted blanket, and the comfiest hair basin made it a wonderful experience all around!

I had such a great experience here. Melinda was so good with my balayage & achieved s great shade with my dark hair! They also helped extend my parking & served some great coffee. Diana gave me a wonderful head massage. Just felt so nice as I left!
